All this material should be submitted electronically in either PDF or Microsoft Word format. Documents may be scanned. No hardcopies please. Email all material to goh@imc.hokudai.ac.jp.

Applicants should not limit themselves to submitting only the material mentioned above. Applicants are encouraged to enclose any supportive material that shows their strengths, such as video recordings of their teaching practice, comments from their ELLs (English language learners), examples of courseware that they developed, or screenshots of CALL systems that they use. Significant achievements such as teaching excellence awards should definitely be highlighted. If your material is large (say, over 20 megabytes) then contact us to arrange an online depository that we can share.

The first round of hiring closes on 9 November 2012.
